Barnabas Ministry
The Barnabas Ministry focuses on bringing encouragement to individuals experiencing difficult situations. Barnabus also provides services to the home-bound in the community. This ministry at cfa provides cards and letters of encouragement to individuals in need, hospital visits and church services for the residents of The Laurels Nursing Home and Mountainside Assisted Living Center on a monthly basis. Everyone is invited to particpate. Pease contact the church office if you are interested in this ministry.
Women's Ministry
The Women's Ministry is modeled after the expressed goals of the Apostle Paul in his letter to the Colossians where he writes "My goal is that they will be encouraged and knit together by strong ties of love. I want them to have full confidence because they have complete understanding of God's secret plan, which is Christ himself, in him lie hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge." At cfa, our goal for every woman is to know Jesus intimately and to find her place within this community of women who build each other up in faith, hope and love.
Men's Ministry
“Start your work week deliberately” every Monday morning at 6:30am or connect on Thursday for lunch at noon--both meetings at cfa. Our Men’s Ministry mission is to bring in, build up and bolster Godly husbands, fathers and brothers in Christ through weekly meetings and monthly gatherings that edify the mind, spirit and body. Contact the church office for more information.
Meals Ministry
The Meals Ministry at cfa serves families or individuals within our church by providing ready-to-eat meals. Designed to help ease daily burdens, this ministry is carried out by a network of volunteers within cfa who serve one another by meeting the practical need of food preparation.
